We realise that for many businesses the top level of service is neither cost effective nor required. For home users the standard warranty provided with all our PC's is more than sufficient. But if you rely on your computers working when you need them and not when it suits them then our 247365 contracts will appeal to your businesses risk management strategy.
Tailored to meet the needs of your organisation, our top level of support is your guarantee of immediate contact with a QDI technician and appropriate action being taken immediately to get you back online. When you sign up for a 247365 contract you get a written agreement based specifically on your individual business needs but bound by our service excellence guarantee.
So what is 247365 ? Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. For Priority 1 clients we will answer the phone (usually within 3 rings) at 2am on new years day and be there to help, on site within 120 minutes in the designated regions. That is our promise and we give it in writing to our registered contract clients along with the contact numbers and information that only applies to members of the 247365 service.

*Applies only to PC's approved by QDI technicians after pre contract equipment inventory and examination. Approval applies automatically to all new Cougar PC's supplied by QDI. Discounts apply for multiple system contracts by negotiation. |
