As our name suggests, Quality Development Initiatives has a strong focus on the design, development and use of Quality Assurance Systems and principles as a part of our core business model. With staff who are both trained and experienced in the design, implementation and auditing of National Quality Management Systems such as ISO900x and HACCP you can rely on QDI to assist your organisation with any quality system needs.

QDI has extensive and ongoing experience in the field of Quality Systems. Our trained staff are able to spend the time necessary to ensure we fully understand your business and therefore understand the directions best suited to your quality system management needs. We have been responsible over the years for assisting with design, implementation and management of various quality systems for a wide variety of organisations. From Seafood Processing to Defence Force Civilian Technical Apprentice Training, we have been involved at the ground level and in the boardroom with all aspects of Quality Systems.

We can offer both classroom based (maximum of 5 students unless other arrangements are made) training and design workshops to assist your organisation in meeting its quality goals. We believe that for staff to perform effectively in a quality workplace they need to be properly trained and included in the development of the system.

Quality system implementation can be a confronting and demanding process for both management and staff. Issues arise that no one could have predicted, many organisations reach halfway to implementation and decide its all too hard. QDI has the experience and advice to ensure you are aware of the real progress of your system and that realistic goals are set and achieved in the process of reaching quality assurance.

Quality is about one thing, consistency. Many people confuse issues of how "good" they perceive a product or service to be as being issues of "quality", they are issues of "choice" and "opinion".
